In anticipation of the imminent release of this new model for 2014, Great Planes has just posted a video of their beautiful looking Curtiss P-6E ARF. The only original P-6E Hawk still in existence is on display at the U.S. Air Force Museum in Dayton, Ohio but Great Planes’ amazing sport/scale replica will soon allow pilots to recreate the exciting history of this vintage biplane. Other notable scale details include talon graphics equipped landing gear fairings and fine scalloping along the trailing edges of the wings. At 43.5 inches span, the Hawk is sized for easy transport.
