A blade from a broken prop is an excellent removal tool when using hook and loop material to hold batteries to your airplane. It is usually difficult to remove the component without damage to the mounting or surrounding surfaces. I have been using a portion of a broken plastic prop to break the grip allowing for easy removal with no damage to any of the surfaces. This has become one of the “Must Tools” in my field bag. Hint: use the side that stayed on your model. The hole in the prop hub will also hold a nice loop of cord as a leash.
