We got our first look at the new Great Planes Citabria at the Toledo Show and we are excited about what we saw. This plane is ready for either Gas, Glow or electric power systems right out of the box via a hatch system built into the front part of the cabin. A detailed instrument panel along with molded seats cover up the internals giving the plane a great scale look. The flaps and ailerons are pre-hinged so assembly looks to be very easy. A wing tube allows the wing panels to be separated for easy transport. It’s big size will make it easy to see as you tear up the skies in this classic high wing aerobat.
Look for the Citabria to be available mid summer 2014.
