Icare ASK-13 1/5 Scale Sailplane (3.6M)

The ICARE ASK 13 is a scale model of the two seat trainer glider found at many airfields. The model comes with a molded fiberglass fuselage and the wings are built up and covered with a tissue type covering material, reproducing the cloth and dope covering from the original. The kit includes a fiberglass fuselage, articulated canopy and built up wings and tail feathers. The wings can easily be retrofitted to include airbrakes. It’s sturdy, all wood construction gives this sailplane great all around flying characteristics and can be aerotowed. The servo tray will accommodate four standard sized servos (rudder, elevator, tow release), with the elevator being capable of dual servo control.
